The products are designed, printed and handmade with a bit of Magic. T-shirts are printed on demand and are not handprinted.

These general terms and conditions apply to any user who visits or uses the Krsnich website, which at the time of the adoption of these general terms and conditions is available on the web site https://www.krsnichka.com (hereinafter: the website) and is managed by:

These general conditions are drawn upon the basis of the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), the Act on the Protection of Personal Data (ZVOP-1) and the Electronic Communications Act (ZEKom-1).
Items and prices
Due to the nature of the online business and the sale of products on the stand, the offer of krsnichka.com is supplemented and changed frequently. All prices at Krsnichka.com are in euros (EUR) and are valid until cancellation. Krsnichka reserves the right to have a certain product published on Krsnichka.com even if that certain product is not in stock and can no longer be produced.
The seller is not subject to value-added tax. VAT is not charged on the basis of Paragraph 1 of Article 94 of the Value Added Tax Act of Slovenija. The prices are valid at the time of the submission of the contract and do not have a predetermined validity, apply in the case of payment with the above payment methods, under the conditions stated above. Discounts, promotional codes, etc. as a rule they do not add up.
Ordering and purchase procedure
You can place an order 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. The sales agreement between the seller and the buyer is made in the online store Krsnichka.com at the moment when Krsnichka sends the first electronic message confirming the order to the buyer. From this moment, all prices and other conditions are fixed and apply to both the seller and the buyer.
After the order, the customer receives a notice by e-mail that the order has been accepted. Through the e-mail, the seller informs the buyer of up-to-date information related to the supply of goods. Due to the manual manufacture of products, with the possible number of simultaneous contracts awarded, the delivery period may be extended.
The seller prepares, dispatches and delivers the goods by mail to the buyer within the agreed time. The seller delivers the products with the company Pošta Slovenije d.o.o. In case of a seller’s absence, he is obligated to deliver the ordered products to the customer within 45 days of the confirmation of the order by e-mail. Once the package is out of our hands, we cannot control or guarantee the time of delivery with Pošta Slovenije d.o.o..
Our print partner takes care of the preparation, dispatch, and delivery of T-shirts in other products that are printed on demand. The following carriers are used for delivery: DPD, DHL, USPS, Latvijas PASTS, FedEx, postal logistics APC.
The seller is not liable for exceeding the delivery deadline if the delay is due to other unforeseen events, regardless of whether it is external events or events from the seller’s sphere.
Processing time is 24-72 hours on ready-to-sell items. Processing for custom items, upgrades, and print on demand items are listed with individual items.
If an order has been returned to us due to an error in name or address, we are happy to re-ship the item, however, customers are responsible for paying the second shipping fee.
If an order has been marked as delivered, we are unable to provide replacement items.
Customs and Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Špela Cvajnar, s.p. is not responsible for delays due to customs.

I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations.
- Contact me within 14 days of delivery for returns and exchanges.
- Ship items back within 21 days of delivery.
- Request a cancellation within 12 hours of purchase.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for: Custom or personalized orders and Items on sale.
We provide the buyer with a 14-day deadline for returning the goods purchased. The buyer who orders custom made items does not have the possibility of returning the purchased goods.
Important! When returning a product to a seller, it is very important to pack it properly – recommended in the same packaging as you received it when ordering. If the product is inadequately secured and will be damaged during transport, the buyer is responsible for this and the seller is not liable for a refund since it is considered that the product was damaged or destroyed due to the fault of the consumer who did not ensure the product properly.
Špela Cvajnar, s.p. after sending the ordered items to the customer, the receipt is sent to the customer’s e-mail address. In case of personal pick-up on the stand, the customer receives a physical receipt.
Complaint / Actual error
If the wrong products are delivered, the goods in question are returned by the buyer and the supplier will replace them with the appropriate ones free of charge. In this case, the seller will bear the cost of postage. However, the seller does not cover the cost of returning the returned products, unless the error has been identified from the seller’s site. The originally delivered products can only be returned unused, undamaged and in the same packaging. The returns must be properly secured against damage during transport.
If the delivered products do not correspond to the properties or specifications of the ordered products (delivery of defective products), the buyer must inform the seller thereof within eight days from the time the product was delivered. Špela Cvajnar, s.p is not responsible for the mistakes that appear after six months have passed since the product was delivered.
Consumer or the buyer must describe in more detail the error to the webshop owners and the manufacturer of products – Špela Cvajnar, s.p. and enable the product to be reviewed. From the point of factual error, the consumer may request the elimination of a defect or the repayment of the amount paid in proportion to the defect or replacement of the goods or the repayment of the amount paid.
More specifically, the right to claim real errors is regulated by the Consumer Protection Act.
Protection of intellectual property rights The entire content of the website, irrespective of the form in which it is expressed, is considered to be copyright work in accordance with the Copyright Act and Krsnich and the logo is owned by Špela Cvajnar, s.p.
Exclusion of liability
The seller is not liable for any damage caused by the use of the online store on the purchaser’s hardware, software or other equipment. The buyer is obliged to provide for proper protection (antivirus, etc.) of the equipment, through which he can access the online store.
These general conditions apply from 22.02.2018 onwards.
